Konami has pledged better online update support for PES 2017 compared to last year, and to that end the company has detailed the game’s free October update.
A positive for this year’s game is some of its licenses, and the update – scheduled for the end of October – includes official stadiums for Liverpool (Anfield) and Borussia Dortmund (Signal Iduna Park). The updated presentation package includes the customary “You’ll Never Walk Alone” song for Liverpool as well as chants.
The update also includes new likenesses for 39 players who’ve done well so far, including Victor Wanyama (Tottenham), Aymeric Laporte (Athletic Bilbao), and Mario Lemina (Juventus).
Finally, the 1.03 update introduces 4K/60FPS support for PlayStation Pro, more official boots/kits, and bug fixes.
Another free update is expected at the end of November, with more coming in 2017.
