Infinite Warfare’s multiplayer has been a ghost so far, but it looks like we’ll see the first glimpse of the multiplayer during the Call of Duty XP event on September 2nd, 2016. Activision has confirmed the official reveal of the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer mode during the event.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will need to have a good multiplayer to make up for the doubts that people have in advancing the future warfare even further with the series. Many people were hoping for the series to return to the World War II era with today’s platforms.
No details on the multiplayer have been provided yet other than having the “evolution” of the Call of Duty movement system, and possibly the “chain-based movement system.”
With this being announced, Infinity Ward will only be showing the gameplay reveal of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare’s campaign mode at E3. The gameplay reveal of the campaign is expected to be shown during PlayStation’s E3 conference on June 13 at 6PM PT.
